Vigilante

     George Zimmerman, born October 5, 1983, in Manassas Virginia. In February 6, 2012 George Zimmerman shot unarmed Treyvon Martin, who was 17 years old in Sanford Florida. The altercation commenced in a gated community in which Treyvon Martin was visiting his father's fiancé. Treyvon was walking back from a local convenience store in which George Zimmerman witnessed Treyvon. George Zimmerman was formerly elected as neighborhood watch in his community and reported several suspicious suspects in the neighborhood. In result he helped to catch home theft perpetrators. Zimmerman contacted the police when he saw Treyvon walking back to his home in Twin Lakes community. Zimmerman reported to be following Treyvon in his car which resulted in Treyvon running away. Treyvon evaded Zimmerman, but moments later Zimmerman reappeared. Treyvon was in contact with his friend telling her that someone was following him, the friend listened to the call as Zimmerman stepped outside his car and came in contact with Treyvon. Treyvon was asking Zimmerman why he was following him and to leave him alone. Treyvon dropped his phone and reportedly got in a physical altercation with Zimmerman. Treyvon was reported by a neighbor calling 911 that he was on top of an older man throwing punches and was calling for help. Zimmerman shot Treyvon at 7:16 and Zimmerman was reported walking away from the teenager back to his car. 

Zimmerman was held for investigation later that night, 5 hours later he was released. There was not enough evidence to support Treyvon acting in self defense against Zimmerman. The law in Florida, Stand your Ground. Was emitted to George Zimmerman In a court case and was free after claiming self defense. Originally Zimmerman was prosecuted for second degree murder.

Scooby Doo

     The creators of Scooby Doo seem like they believe in the power of friendship and the importance of teamwork. Observed from the show, the gang is usually together searching for clues. But, there has been moments in which the group splits up which creates fear within the characters. They fear of haunted monsters in which they create through illusions. Of the roster, Scooby Doo and Shaggy are almost always taking risks in order for a reward of Scooby Snacks. This shows the meaning behind Thomas Jefferson "With great risk comes great reward". This belief can motivate anyone in pursuing goals and achievements that may seem risky or challenging to get what they desire. This show includes important day-to-day life lessons and mindsets.  

Watching the show, the creators obviously made the characters personalities different in their own way. Fred Jones is noted as the decision maker and clearly puts his opinions over the rest of the groups say in plan to action. Compared to myself, he seems a bit narcissistic with his behavior portrayed in the episodes. Although, Fred makes a good leader for the group as the decisions he makes, ends in many successful outcomes. Shaggy seems cowardly and is almost always contemplating his decision in a feared state. He is always motivated by food when it comes to solving mysteries and with his partner, Scooby Doo they find key clues in solving the mysteries but end up ignoring it or running away super fast. Shaggy is posed as a relatable character when it comes to mystery solving and many can connect with his decisions. Velma is usually the one to solve when it comes to mysteries but is often skeptical and does not handle stressful situations the best. These characters each have their own personalities and can relate to a bigger crowd of viewers.
